On 29 January 2020, in the main hall of the ministry to the ecological transition and the demographic challenge, the Hydrographic Confederation Safe (CHS) and the Spanish society of dams and reservoirs (SEPREM) have organized a Technical Time on the DANA September 2019 in the basin of the Safe.
The purpose of this event was to analyse the functioning of infrastructures existenes and the adequacy of the current plans to this kind of phenomena.
The technicians of the confederation explained from different perspectives how responded and as have protected citizens, the various infrastructures for which they are responsible. Furthermore, also have shared with attendees an analysis of the flow level on the channels and rainfall recorded during the days of this type of temporary, which consists of a cold air embolsamiento associated with torrential rains, lowering temperatures and strong gusts of wind.
