In accordance with Article 3.2 of Law 27/2006 of July 18, which regulates the rights of access to information, public participation, and access to justice in environmental matters, and pursuant to the provisions of the twelfth additional provision of the consolidated text of the Water Law and Article 77 of the Hydrological Planning Regulations, the Directorate General for Water of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge announced the opening of a public consultation period for the documents "Program, Calendar, General Study on the Demarcation, and Consultation Methods," which initiated the fourth cycle of hydrological planning (2028-2033).
After the six-month public consultation period, the following contributions were received:
